Shipping and Handling Fees 

We offer delivery services throughout the country. However, delivery charges vary depending on the location, item weight, and other factors. To keep our fees as competitive as possible, we review them regularly. Please note that we may offer free delivery in select cities from time to time.

 

Delivery Timeline

At Poshish, we are committed to delivering your orders within 20-25 working days once your order is in process and after the complete advance payment has been made and all the details have been finalized. It’s important to note that the countdown of these days begins only after you have paid the complete advance and have ensured that all the necessary details for your order have been finalized. If any details remain pending, the countdown for the delivery timeline will not commence, even if the complete advance payment has been made. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and timely order fulfillment process. 

However, it’s important to understand that certain unforeseen factors, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, and other circumstances beyond our control, may occasionally lead to delays in the delivery process. Should any of these external factors affect your order, our dedicated Production & Logistics Department will proactively inform you in advance.

Please note that if payment is made via check, the delivery will be scheduled for 25 working days after the amount has been successfully transferred.

To ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience, we offer real-time order delivery updates right through our website. Additionally, our trusted delivery partners will keep you in the loop regarding any changes in delivery times. We understand that your time is valuable, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.

Please take note that, while we strive to offer efficient and reliable service, there may be instances where unexpected issues like power outages or minor delays could occur. To address these matters, we suggest a brief 2-3 days buffer when planning your orders, ensuring that you can accommodate any unforeseen events.

Furthermore, we extend a check warranty period of 24 hours after the delivery of your furniture. This 24-hour window is crucial for identifying and reporting any immediate issues with your order. Should you encounter any problems during this initial period, please get in touch with us so we can address your concerns promptly.

For longer-term warranty claims, such as those related to wood and foam quality, please refer to our specific warranty policies. However, it’s essential to note that after the initial 24-hour period, we cannot offer warranty coverage for issues that may arise, unless they fall within the scope of our standard warranty conditions. We are here to provide you with the best furniture and service possible, and your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

 

Delivery Policy

Once your order has been manufactured, we will notify you to arrange delivery. Please ensure that you are available to receive your order within 7 days of the notification. Failure to receive your order within the stipulated time frame will result in warehouse fees being charged on a per-day basis. These fees will be communicated to you in advance.

If an order remains uncollected for 15 days following delivery, it will be considered canceled. For standard orders, a 30% deduction will be applied, and after 7 days, additional warehouse charges will come into effect. Customized orders will incur a 70% deduction and rest will be refunded.

On delivery, please check your order thoroughly for any defects. If you notice any damages or defects, please report them to our delivery partners while they are on your premises. Claims for damages or defects reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Please note that the delivery items will not be handed over completely until the remaining payment has been made to our delivery partners.

Above ground floor delivery, extra charges will apply. Poshish is only responsible for doorstep delivery.

 

Damages in Delivery

While we take utmost care to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition, damages during delivery can happen. However, the delivery timeline may be affected, depending on the nature and intensity of the damage. We will keep you informed of any delays in delivery and repair.

Please note that if your order is being delivered by our own crew and it arrives damaged, we will take responsibility for repairing the damage. However, if your order is being carried out by a courier company and it arrives damaged, we will assist you in making a claim with the courier company. In such cases, we cannot provide a refund for your order, either fully or partially, due to any damage(s) in delivery.

 

Delivery Timings

We will provide you with an 8-hour delivery window on the specified delivery date. Our Production & Logistics Department will schedule the delivery, and our delivery partners will deliver your order within the specified time frame.

Please ensure that you have the remainder payment ready at the time of delivery. Also, make sure that there is sufficient space for the order to be placed, and that someone responsible is present to receive and check the order.

 

Respectful Delivery Interactions

At Poshish, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and ensure a pleasant experience throughout their furniture purchase journey. However, in cases where a customer engages in the use of foul or abusive language towards any member of our dedicated crew, either directly or through any communication channel, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We value respectful and professional interactions, and such behavior goes against our principles of maintaining a positive environment for both our customers and staff. In the event of an order cancellation under these circumstances, for standard orders, a 30% deduction and additional warehouse charges will be applicable, with the remaining balance refunded. Customized orders will face a 70% deduction and the rest will be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in fostering a cordial and respectful atmosphere for all parties involved.

 

Timely Unpacking After Delivery

At Poshish, we highly value the satisfaction and well-being of our esteemed customers. We would like to bring your attention to the crucial step of promptly unpacking your furniture upon delivery. We understand that some customers may inadvertently delay this process, but it is important to be aware that such delay may expose the furniture to potential risks, including termite infestation. Therefore, we kindly urge our customers to give due diligence to unpack their furniture in a timely manner following delivery. 

It is essential to note that in the event of any issues arising due to delayed unpacking, Poshish cannot assume responsibility. Furthermore, we strongly recommend placing the furniture in an airy, dry, and cool space to maintain its pristine condition. Taking precautions to keep it away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperature fluctuations will help ensure its longevity. Production & Logistics Department 

Our Production & Logistics Department handles all orders from the time of booking until delivery. Once your order is finalized through the Sales Department, it is sent to the Production & Logistics Department for processing. Our department produces your order according to your specifications and ensures that it meets our high-quality standards.
