Condition 1: The product is not what you ordered.
In the unlikely event that the product delivered to your doorstep doesn’t match your order and some other product got delivered to you, we’ve got you covered. We’ll swiftly process your refund, and the full advance amount will be refunded. Bank & processing charges may apply. This condition is not applicable on all customized orders.
Condition 2: The Color is not what you ordered.
We understand the importance of color when it comes to furniture, and we aim to deliver exactly what you envision. If the color of the furniture piece you receive is not what you expected or not from the same color family as ordered, don’t worry. We’ll assist you in returning the item to ensure you have the perfect match for your space. The full advance amount will be refunded. Bank & processing charges may apply. This condition is not applicable on all customized orders.
Condition 3: The fabric is not what you selected.
The texture and feel of the fabric can significantly impact your furniture’s comfort and style. If the fabric on your furniture is not in line with your selection, please reach out to us. We’ll diligently refund your purchase, and the full advance amount will be refunded. Bank & processing charges may apply.

Ineligible Refund and Exchange Conditions
At Poshish, we strive to provide you with the best in quality and service. However, there are certain conditions where we cannot offer refunds. Please take note of the following:
Non-Recommended Customization
Any design customization that is not recommended by Poshish, the product is not made on default and standard company procedures as per Poshish standard product. Our recommended designs and configurations have been carefully curated to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Fabric Color Variation
In the event that the selected fabric color variation goes out of stock, we will use the closest available color variation to the one originally selected. If there is a slight variation in fabric color due to this substitution, the product will be ineligible for a refund. We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality in our materials.
Fully Customized Designs
Fully customized designs in which customers provide the product picture or design. These personalized products are created to the customer’s specifications and are not eligible for a refund.
Post-Delivery Damage
Refunds are not applicable in cases where the product gets damaged after delivery. However, we do offer after-sales services that will be provided upon payment on cost price with the labor charges borne by the company, ensuring your satisfaction even in the face of unexpected challenges.
Alternative Hardware Use
In the rare event of a shortage of certain hardware, we may use the closest alternative available to ensure the timely delivery of your product. In such cases, refunds will not be issued as we make every effort to provide a functional and complete piece.
Change of Mind
Refunds are not applicable if you receive the exact product in pristine condition, and a change of mind is not considered a valid reason for a return or refund. If the customer fails to highlight a valid issue or there is a contradiction in the complaint, no refund or service will be provided for exploiting customers.
Refund Ineligibility After Acceptance
Once the customer has accepted the product and the 24-hour check warranty period has lapsed, no refund is eligible. If the customer has acknowledged the product’s condition upon delivery, completed the check warranty, and the stipulated time has passed, refunds are not applicable.
Post-Acceptance Policy
Failure to report any damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery will confirm the satisfactory performance of our obligations and the acceptance of the products without defects, damage, or incorrect quantity. Once sold and accepted, goods cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
