We only offer warranties on: 

1. We offer a 2-year solid wood fixture warranty that covers termite damage. This warranty excludes mixed or manufactured wood products and structural damage from prolonged use.
2. We provide a 5-year foam warranty and process claims with the foam company’s terms.

Warranty doesn’t cover ball fiber filling and excludes defects from improper assembly, disassembly, modification, intentional damage, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or exposure to the elements. No warranty is provided for hardware items like locks, handles, sofa buttons, and studs. Mirrors and glass tops are not covered by our warranty; please inspect them upon delivery for immediate replacement in case of issues. Imported fabric we use does not come with a warranty.

The original Poshish invoice is required for warranty claims. Any claim other than wood & foam warranty claim described above and on warranty terms will not be entertained.
